I've always been interested in nutrition and fitness however over the years I've realized true health is so much more than these two components. It's also a mindset where positive thinking, mindfulness, self love, body acceptance and daily gratitude are essential and the key that is often missing.
I'm here to help you see how nutrition, movement and mindset are all intricately intertwined. How the foods we eat or don't eat impact our thoughts and mood which in turn affect our energy and activity level. Together we will work on building healthier habits using 3 key steps:
