Perimenopause can feel overwhelming but it doesn't have to be anymore; with the right support you will see that small changes can make a big difference. I offer individualized nutrition counselling to help women navigate changes in energy, mood, weight, digestion and overall well-being during this transition. My approach is practical, evidence-based and focused on sustainable habits-no rigid rules or quick fixes.
